Shipping & Delivery
What is pre-order?
You can place an order for items that are on their way to us, even before they arrive at our warehouse. This is called a pre-order. We'll ship your order as soon as the items are in stock, which is usually on or around the date mentioned on the product page.
How long does shipping and delivery take?
Your order will typically be shipped within 72 hours. Once it's on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery times depend on where you live and don't include the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. Express shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, while standard shipping usually takes 2 to 8 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over $99.

Important Notes:
- Delivery times are based on the estimated dispatch date. If your item is a pre-order, the dispatch date is the estimated date mentioned on the product page, and delivery will take place within the timeframes mentioned above.
- During sales and busy periods, it might take longer to dispatch your order.
How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia on all orders above $99!
For orders under $99, standard shipping is between $10 and $15.
Need it faster? Choose from various express or expedited shipping options during checkout.
Can I change my order?
Absolutely! You can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details if your order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us at help@rebounda.com. Our team will do their best to help, but keep in mind that we process orders quickly, so changes might not always be possible.
If your order has already shipped, you can redirect it using the tracking links in your shipping confirmation email.
Important: We can't redirect or retrieve orders once they've been delivered to the wrong address, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Help! Where is my order?
While our shipping partners aim to deliver standard orders within 2-8 business days, there may be instances where this timeframe is extended. In such cases, your tracking information might show a 'delayed' delivery date.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us at help@rebounda.com so we can initiate an investigation on your behalf.
Please note: The time it takes to resolve an investigation can differ depending on the courier. Rest assured, we'll do everything we can to help find a swift solution.
What is your return policy?
We provide a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. However, certain items are ineligible for returns. These exclusions will be mentioned on the product pages and/or during checkout.
For your return to be eligible:
- You must initiate the return and send the item(s) back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) should not have been marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" when you purchased them, unless they are faulty.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.
- You need to provide a photo of the item(s) before shipping them so we can assess their condition.

How do I use my Goplay?
Simply attach the Goplay to your wrist with the cord positioned in the middle of the inside of your wrist.
Clip in a Rebounda AFL, Netball, Rugby or Soccer ball and play anywhere, anytime!
How much space do I need to play with my Goplay?
Not much at all!
You only need 1.5 metres of space in front of you!
Can I control the ball rebound?
You certainly can!
As the Goplay is attached to your wrist, you control the ball rebound by moving your arm and/or hand position.
The ball will rebound towards the wrist which your Rebounda Goplay is attached to.
Which ball size should I use?
Rebounda recommended ball size guide:

Size 1 - age up to 8
Size 2 - age 9-11
Size 3 - age 12-13
Size 4 - Female 14, Male 14-15

How do I use my Rebounda pump?
- Unscrew the needle holder
- Pull out the needle
- Rotate and insert the needle
- Screw on the needle holder
- Inflate your ball
What pressure should I inflate my Rebounda ball to?
As each size and type of ball differs, please refer to your Rebounda ball for maximum inflation pressures.
We recommend inflating the ball until you can no longer squeeze it with normal finger pressure.

How do I send a Rebounda gift card to someone?
Rebounda Gift Cards are available here.
To send a Rebounda Gift Card, select the amount you wish to spend, then tick the ‘I WANT TO SEND THIS AS A GIFT' box.
Next, enter the recipient details and choose the date of delivery (you can send the gift card immediately or choose a later date).
Once the recipient opens the gift card email, a message will be sent to you to let you know the recipient has received the gift card.
How do I pay with a Rebounda Gift Card?
Simply enter your Rebounda Gift Card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box at checkout to complete your purchase.
Do I need to spend the entire value in one transaction?
You don't have to use the entire Rebounda Gift Card balance at once. Any remaining amount stays on the card for you to use later. Just make sure to redeem the full balance before the Rebounda Gift Card expires.
Rebounda Gift Card Terms
- Rebounda Gift Cards cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
- Lost, stolen, or altered Rebounda Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
- Any remaining balance on a Rebounda Gift Card after its expiry date cannot be refunded.
- Rebounda Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
